When you interact with us, you voluntarily provide and disclose personal information. Personal information is collected through email, voicemail, or when a request form on our website is submitted. Personal information collected is limited to: first and last name, telephone number, email address, language spoken, as well as the reason for consultation. Personal information is collected prior to beginning psychotherapy in order to best assess the user’s fit with the therapist.

Information collected during a psychotherapy follow-up is protected in accordance with the psychologists professional code of ethics. Your therapist will explain their privacy policy (before and during your first session) to ensure your informed and voluntary consent.

Disclosure and storage of data

Personal information disclosed through email, voicemail, or through this Website will only be accessible to therapists at Aster Psychology. Aster Psychology will not share or disclose personal information to third parties.

Personal data will be stored securely and only authorized persons will have access. Data will be stored only for the duration necessary to provide you with appropriate services. Certain personal information will be stored even beyond termination of treatment, which is in line with the psychologist professional code of ethics.

Accessing and modifying information

You have the right to access, modify, correct, or delete personal information. To make corrections or to update your personal information, to request the removal of personal information from the clinic's contact list, or for any other questions regarding the collection and use of personal information, you can contact the clinic at the following email address: info@asterpsychology.com.
